Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Tour of Deserts. Please review our Booking Policy carefully before confirming your participation.


1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required booking amount and issuing a written confirmation email.
All participants must provide accurate personal and contact information.


2. Payment Terms

  • A booking amount is required to reserve your spot.

  • The remaining trip balance must be paid as per the communicated schedule prior to departure.


3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by participants will be subject to the following schedule:

Important Notes:

  • Batch shifting (rescheduling to another trip) is permitted only if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before departure.

  • For cancellations less than 30 days before departure, no batch shifting is permitted.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7–14 working days] after receiving your written cancellation request.

  • Refunds for the booking amount will be issued as a credit note or adjusted against cancellation deductions, depending on the timeline of cancellation.


4. Changes & Cancellations by Tour of Deserts

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, you will be offered:

  • An option to transfer your booking to a future date, or

  • A full refund of all payments made. No additional compensation claims will be accepted.


5. Participant Responsibility

All participants must:

  • Be physically fit for the cycling expedition.

  • Comply with all safety instructions and guidelines.

  • Arrange adequate travel insurance covering accident, health, and trip cancellation risks.

  • Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
